Liz has a reasoned and compelling argument.

Deborah Ross is better assumed to be a fair-minded person.  Constituents are positioned to write asking her to delineate what would be needed to gain her support for such legislation in the future.

Rep. letters signed by more than one constituent, with a follow-up in event of no reply,  are effective.

It really does not matter if Ross is Jewish or Christian or whatever when we are dealing with the Palestine/ Israeli situation.  Regardless of her religious background, or lack thereof,  she is considered by many people to be progressive--especially because of her past work with the ACLU.  She may be uninformed, or as a new Congress member just wanted to go along with leadership, or is an example of "progressive except for Palestine."  We must continue to urge her to do what is right and not allow the United States to be complicit and an accomplice in Israel's oppression of the Palestinians.
